When you purchase a course from Celontiva, you will be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, including but not limited to the restriction of access to your computer and/or account. You agree to accept responsibility for any and all activities or actions that occur under your account and/or password.

You may not share your account credentials or give others access to your account. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

All content included in the Celontiva Pixel Art for Indie Games course, such as text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software, is the property of Celontiva or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

Upon purchasing a course, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the course materials for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained in the course
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server
• Share your account access with others or allow others to use your account to access course materials

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Celontiva at any time.

Our course may allow you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("User Content"). You are responsible for the User Content that you post to the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.

By posting User Content to the Service, you grant us the right and license to use, modify, perform, display, reproduce, and distribute such content on and through the Service. You retain any and all of your rights to any User Content you submit, post, or display on or through the Service and you are responsible for protecting those rights.

You represent and warrant that: (i) the User Content is yours or you have the right to use it and grant us the rights and license as provided in these Terms, and (ii) the posting of your User Content on or through the Service does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights or any other rights of any person.

All purchases are final and charges are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in our refund policy. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all course purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if we find evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behavior.

Access to course content is provided for the duration specified in your purchased package:

• Self-Paced Package: 3 months access from the date of purchase
• Standard Package: 6 months access from the date of purchase
• Professional Package: Lifetime access (for as long as the course is offered by Celontiva)

After your access period expires, you will no longer be able to view the course content unless you purchase an extension or upgrade your package.

You may not access or use the Service for any purpose other than that for which we make the Service available. The Service may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us.

As a user of the Service, you agree not to:

• Systematically retrieve data or other content from the Service to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, compilation, database, or directory
• Make any unauthorized use of the Service, including collecting usernames and/or email addresses of users by electronic or other means for the purpose of sending unsolicited email
• Use the Service to advertise or offer to sell goods and services
• Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Service
• Engage in unauthorized framing of or linking to the Service
• Trick, defraud, or mislead us and other users, especially in any attempt to learn sensitive account information
• Attempt to impersonate another user or person or use the username of another user
• Sell or otherwise transfer your profile
• Upload or transmit (or attempt to upload or to transmit) viruses, Trojan horses, or other material, including excessive use of capital letters and spamming, that interferes with any party's uninterrupted use and enjoyment of the Service
• Engage in any automated use of the system, such as using scripts to send comments or messages
• Interfere with, disrupt, or create an undue burden on the Service or the networks or services connected to the Service
• Harass, annoy, intimidate, or threaten any of our employees or agents engaged in providing any portion of the Service to you

In no event shall Celontiva, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.

Celontiva, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and its licensors do not warrant that a) the Service will function uninterrupted, secure or available at any particular time or location; b) any errors or defects will be corrected; c) the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components; or d) the results of using the Service will meet your requirements.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
